Innovasil® P 50 is a biopharmaceutical platinum-cured pump tubing developed for single-use systems.
The tubing is manufactured and packaged in a NEBB-certified ISO Class 7 cleanroom and is suitable for peristaltic pumps with stable flow.

  • ISO Class 7 cleanroom production (NEBB-certified)
  • Very low extractables levels with control of D4, D5 and D6
  • Low protein binding (very smooth inner surface)
  • No animal-derived components and no pyrogens
  • Sterilization: moist heat 125 °C / 30 min, ETO and irradiation (max. 40 kGy)
  • Compliance: FDA DMF III (037209), ISO 10993 and USP <87>/<88> Class VI

Innovasil® P 50 is a biopharmaceutical platinum-cured silicone tubing developed for single-use systems. The tubing is manufactured and packaged in a NEBB-certified ISO Class 7 cleanroom and is designed for peristaltic pumps with a focus on high purity, very low levels of extractables and stable flow.
