384-Well PCR Plates for Accurate and Reliable PCR Applications
384-well PCR plates are designed for laboratories that require consistent performance and reliable results in PCR workflows. Manufactured from rigid polypropylene (PP), these plates combine durability with broad compatibility, fitting virtually all standard 384-well thermal cyclers as well as many 384-well block (q)PCR cyclers.
The plates feature ultra-thin walls to support efficient heat transfer, while the specially treated surface minimizes sample binding. They are certified free from DNA, DNase, RNA, RNase and pyrogens, manufactured from polypropylene and are autoclavable for dependable laboratory use.
Selected versions offer an exceptionally low evaporation rate of less than 3%, making them suitable for PCR reaction volumes as low as 5 µL.
They are also an excellent match for the CAPPAero384 Multichannel Pipette, ensuring efficient and accurate liquid handling.
For optimal sealing, CAPP's optically clear self-adhesive sealing film is recommended to provide reliable sealing of 384-well PCR plates during PCR applications.
