0.1 ml PCR Plates – Low-Profile 96-Well PCR Plates for Reliable Performance

0.1 ml PCR plates are low-profile 96-well plates available in skirtless, semi-skirted and fully skirted versions to suit a wide range of laboratory workflows.

All plates are autoclavable, while the highly transparent models are particularly suitable for applications where the optical qPCR signal is detected through the bottom of the plate. The V-shaped wells enable maximum sample recovery, and the thin-walled polypropylene construction ensures efficient heat transfer from the thermal block to the sample, helping to reduce condensation during PCR.

The ultra-smooth inner surface minimizes protein binding, while the low-profile wells are optimized for fast PCR and qPCR thermocyclers. The plates are compatible with most commonly used thermal cyclers.

Skirtless PCR plates can easily be cut into smaller sections of 16, 24, 32 or 48 wells for added flexibility.

All PCR plates are certified free from DNA, DNase, RNase and pyrogens.

White PCR Plates

Nest white PCR plates are designed to deliver reliable and consistent performance, even when detecting very low fluorescence levels. The white surface efficiently reflects fluorescent signals, improving the detection of weak DNA signals. The plate design also minimizes light interference between wells, reducing cross-talk and ensuring accurate measurements for every sample.
