The ExD-600-A with YZ35-II pump head is an ATEX-certified peristaltic pump designed for precise fluid handling in explosive environments. With IP66 protection, a cast aluminum alloy enclosure and intelligent control, it ensures reliable fluid transfer and dispensing in applications such as the chemical industry, pharmaceutical production and refineries.

Applications:

Safe Installation and Operation:

• Do not open the pump while energized.
• Permitted ambient temperature: 0–40°C.
• Due to the risk of electrostatic charging, the pump surface must only be cleaned with a damp cloth.
• An approved cable gland with a minimum IP66 rating must be used.
• Installation and electrical connection in explosive environments must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable requirements.

Please note: The pump is supplied without a connection cable. A suitable cable and an approved cable gland with a minimum IP66 rating must be used in accordance with the installation and ATEX requirements.
