Polypropylene (PP) screw caps with pre-assembled septa for HPLC sample vials used in chromatographic analysis.
The screw caps are available in ND8, ND9 and ND13 sizes and should be selected according to the ND size of the corresponding HPLC vial. All variants feature an open-top design and are supplied with the septum already fitted, providing a combined cap and septum solution.
Depending on the variant, the septum consists of different combinations of PTFE and silicone. Selected versions are also available with pre-slit septa. Corresponding HPLC sample vials are sold separately.
To select the correct screw cap, choose the same ND size as the HPLC vial. The table makes it easy to compare the individual variants by type and thread, compatible HPLC vial, cap colour, septum material and whether the septum is pre-slit.
