Speed range is 0.1-600 rpm and flow rate range is 0.007-22800 ml/min/channel.

The touch screen provides easy operation and dynamic display of the current state. You get the complete overview of your dispensing task, e.g. dispensing data, setting parameters and system configuration on the same screen.

High Flow Rate Peristaltic Pump with Multible Operating Modes and Touch Screen Control

The LabV6 is an intelligent peristaltic flow rate pump with several operating modes, ABS plastic housing and streamlined design.
It has an industrial grade 4.3 inch true color LCD display and touch screen control.

Speed range is 0.1-600 rpm and flow rate range is 0.007-2280 ml/min/channel.

The touch screen provides easy operation and dynamic display of the current state. You get the complete overview of your dispensing task, e.g. dispensing data, setting parameters and system configuration on the same screen.

Operating modes

  • Speed and flow rate mode (ml/min or rpm)
  • Fixed volume metering function: By activating this function, the peristaltic pump will measure the liquid volume automatically and it will stop automatically after the volume reaches the set value. During this process, the flow rate can be changed. It is suitable for dispensing liquids in laboratories and chemical reaction processes.
  • Fixed time and volume function: By activating this function, the peristaltic pump will transfer a preset volume within a preset time. It is suitable for liquid dispensing in laboratories and industrial production.
  • Timed start and stop function: Set the pumps start and stop times freely to achieve automated control.

Pump Head Materials (YZ1515x and YZ2515x)

  • PSF (Polysulphone material) is white, has good rigidity and high precision. It is usually used in research laboratories and supporting analytical devices. The PSF material can resist temperatures from -100 ℃ to 150 ℃ and can resist corrosion from most inorganic acid, base and salt.
  • PPS (Poyphenylene sulfide material) is black and can resist organic solvent corrosion. It is suitable for industrial use and bad working conditions. It has high rigidity and precision. The PPS material can resist temperatures of 200 ℃
