Innovasil® P 65 is a biopharmaceutical-grade, platinum-cured silicone tubing developed for single-use systems in biopharmaceutical applications and for use with peristaltic pumps where high purity, stable pumping performance, and long service life are important parameters. The series has a longer theoretical service life than Innovasil P 50.

Innovasil® P 65 – Platinum-cured silicone tubing for peristaltic pumps

Innovasil® P 65 is a biopharmaceutical-grade, platinum-cured silicone tubing with Shore A 65 hardness. It is specially developed for single-use systems for biopharmaceutical applications. The tubing is produced using a platinum vulcanization system and high-purity silica raw materials with special post-processing technology. It is manufactured and packaged in NEBB-certified ISO Class 7 clean production workshops, providing high purity and extremely low leachables levels. The smooth inner surface minimizes protein binding and supports high purity of the finished product. The entire batch of raw materials and the production process are traceable, and an authoritative third-party testing organization in the United States has a complete research report on biocompatibility and dissolved substances.
