This series meets the requirements of both aerobic and anaerobic workflows and combines mechanical strength with high material purity. All tubes feature a round bottom design and are supplied sterile.

General Design and Function

These tubes are precision molded and designed for routine laboratory applications where consistent quality and high mechanical strength are essential.

  • Manufactured from medical-grade Class VI virgin resin

Construction

  • Extra-thick walls for increased durability

Dual-Position Cap (Two-Step Sealing System)

The tubes are supplied with a specially designed cap featuring two sealing positions:

1. Vent Position (¾ turn)

  • Evaporation-resistant
  • Allows pressure equalization
  • Suitable for aerobic processes

2. Full Seal (additional ¼ turn)

  • 100% liquid-tight
  • Leak-proof
  • Suitable for anaerobic cultures

The cap design enables closure in one continuous motion, reducing wrist strain during repetitive use.

20 ml Culture Tube – DACOS

The 20 ml model is designed for larger sample volumes and general laboratory applications.
