The HPM600-SS EasyPump is an IP66-rated peristaltic pump with a 304 stainless steel housing, designed for precise liquid transfer and dosing in industrial applications.
The pump supports both continuous operation and multiple dispensing modes and is supplied with a DZ25-6L fast-load pump head for flow rates of up to 6000 mL/min.

HPM600-SS Industrial Peristaltic Pump with DZ25-6L Pump Head

The HPM600-SS is an industrial peristaltic pump fitted with a DZ25-6L fast-load pump head for controlled liquid transfer and dispensing. The pump provides a flow range of 0.3–6000 mL/min, an IP66 protection rating and a 304 stainless steel housing.

Operation is controlled through a 4.3-inch industrial colour LCD touchscreen, which displays the operating status, flow data, preset parameters and system settings. The HPM600-SS supports continuous transfer, fixed-volume dispensing, flow-based dispensing and speed-based dispensing, as well as external control and RS485 communication.

Handling and installation

Lift both side levers and remove the upper block before installing the pump tubing
Place the tubing into the pump housing using a cartridge or connector
Refit the upper block and lower the side levers to lock it in place
The open-cover stop function helps prevent accidental operation

Note: When operating the HPM600-SS with the DZ25-6L pump head and new Norprene Chemical (N-C) tubing or other high-resistance tubing with a higher Shore hardness or thicker walls, start the pump at 50 rpm if the pump head cannot start at a higher speed. Allow the pump to run for approximately 60 seconds, then gradually increase the speed to the required setting. After repeated compression of the tubing, the pump should normally start and operate at the required speed.
