The new G100-1L is a peristaltic pump is an upgrade from our well-known G100-2J peristaltic pump with an IP66 protection rating. It is has a flow rate range from 0.15μl/min - 750ml/min and a speed range from 0 to 150 rpm. It is designed for various industrial applications and features advanced work modes such as: continuous transfer, timed transfer and volume transfer mode, which enables a seamless adaptation to a variety of industrial applications.

The pump can be used in highly humid environments such as in an incubator, and the pump drive consists of a powder-coated die-cast aluminum housing, which provides exceptional resistance to corrosion and ensures long life in challenging environments.

Choose the version of the pump head suitable for your application according to chemical resistance and required flow rate.

G100-1L Industrial Peristaltic Pump with Versatile Work Modes

The G100-1L is a peristaltic pump with IP66 protection rating, a flow rate range from 0.15μl/min-750ml/min and a speed range from 0 to 150 rpm, designed for various industrial applications.

The pump drive consists of a powder-coated die-cast aluminum housing which provides exceptional resistance to corrosion and ensures long life in challenging environments.

It features advanced work modes such as: continuous transfer, timed transfer and volume transfer mode, which enables a seamless adaptation to a variety of industrial applications.

The G100-1L peristaltic pump has an LCD screen to display the operating parameters and it can be controlled through a membrane keypad, a foot switch or externally through e.g., an RS485 interface.

The keypad can be locked to prevent misoperation.

Choose the pump head version that is suitable for your application, according to chemical resistance and required flow rate.
