The BT100-1F is a low-speed laboratory peristaltic pump designed for both precise liquid dosing and continuous transfer at a defined flow rate. The pump combines microflow capability, external control and user-friendly operation in a compact, stackable design.

  • Speed range: 0.1–100 rpm in both directions
  • Flow range: 0.2 μl/min to 500 ml/min, depending on pump head and tubing
  • Dosing volume: 0.01 ml to 9.99 litres
  • LCD display (128×32) with membrane keypad and coded rotary knob
  • RS485 communication and external control of start/stop, direction and speed
  • Back suction, calibration and memory functions for improved dosing control

BT100-1F Low Speed Peristaltic Dispensing Pump

The BT100-1F peristaltic dispensing pump is mainly designed for laboratory use.
This dispensing pump delivers flow rates up to 500 ml/min and dispensing volume ranges from 0.01 ml to 9900 ml.
Combining a 128×32 LCD with a membrane keypad and a rotary encoded switch makes the operation easy and prompt.
The speed can be adjusted manually or automatically through an external control interface.

Specifications

  • Speed: 0.1 to 100 rpm, reversible
  • Flow rates: 0.2μL to 500 ml/min
  • Dispensing volume: 0.01 ml to 9.99 litres
  • Copy number: 0 to 9999, "0" means unlimited cycle
  • Pause time: 0.1 sec. to 99.9 min, resolution is 0.1 sec.
  • Back suction time: 0 to 99.9 sec., resolution is 0.1 sec.
  • External control: Start/stop, direction and speed control (0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20 mA and 0-10 kHz control modules are optional)
  • Speed signal output: 0-10 kHz corresponding to 0.1-100 rpm
  • Start/stop signal output: OC gate signal output
  • Direction signal output:  OC gate signal output
  • Communication interface: RS485

Functions and features

  • Micro-flow rates transferring: The smallest flow rate can reach 0.2 μl/min
  • Back suction function: In dispensing mode, the pump reverses after finishing one filling operation to prevent the liquid from dripping
  • Operating mode: Membrane keypad and rotary encoded switch
  • Speed control: The speed can be adjusted manually or automatically through external control interface
  • Display: LCD displays current running status
  • Prime key: For fast filling and emptying
  • Memory function: Storing the running parameters automatically
  • Calibration function: The flow rates and the dispensing volume can be calibrated to increase the accuracy
