SPC Modular Syringe Pump with up to 8 Pump Units
SPC is a modular syringe pump system designed for precise infusion and withdrawal of liquids in laboratories, research and other applications requiring accurate control at very low flow rates. The system is designed for laboratory use and is not intended for medical applications.
The SPC syringe pump consists of a separate control unit with a 7" touchscreen that can be connected to up to 8 individual pump units. The controller displays the operating parameters and status of the connected pump units and allows them to be controlled individually or as part of a coordinated pumping sequence.
SPC supports both infusion and withdrawal and, depending on the selected pump unit, can be used with standard syringes, glass syringes and microsyringes in various sizes. The modular design makes the syringe pump suitable for applications such as research, microfluidics, chemical experimental setups and automated laboratory processes where multiple liquids need to be dispensed precisely and under controlled conditions.
Key Features
- Modular syringe pump system with 1-8 individual pump units.
- 7" industrial colour LCD touchscreen.
- Supports infusion, withdrawal and combined infusion/withdrawal sequences.
- Independent working mode: Each pump unit can operate independently and perform infusion or withdrawal at different flow rates, either simultaneously or at different times.
- Logic working mode: The pump units can operate in a time-coordinated sequence with different infusion and withdrawal ratios.
- Online flow rate adjustment allows the flow rate to be changed while the pump is running.
- Intelligent calibration and online volume fine-tuning for precise liquid dispensing.
- Real-time monitoring of the operating status of each pump unit.
- Individual alarms for each pump unit.
- Adjustable back distance from 0.01-5 mm can help reduce air bubbles in the syringe and improve volumetric accuracy.
- Fast forward and reverse functions facilitate syringe installation, filling and flushing.
- RS232/RS485 communication with Modbus RTU for external control.
- Power-off memory retains the most recently used operating parameters.
Flow Data
The flow rate depends on the syringe inner diameter and the selected linear speed. SPC has a linear speed range of 1 µm/min to 132 mm/min. The flow rate is calculated from the linear speed and the internal cross-sectional area of the syringe.
The flow data below apply to the specified syringe sizes and inner diameters.
