Pump Heads for WT3000 Series Micro Gear Pumps from LONGER

These magnetically driven gear pump heads are designed for precise and reliable fluid handling in industrial and laboratory applications. They are used with the WT3000 series micro gear pumps from LONGER to ensure stable, pulsation-free fluid transfer.

The magnetic coupling of the pump heads provides a fully sealed operation with no risk of leakage, while the pump housing, made of AISI 316L stainless steel, ensures high chemical resistance and durability.

Available Gear Materials

  • PEEK Gears: High-temperature resistance (-45 to 120 °C) and chemical resistance.
  • PTFE Gears: Maximum chemical resistance, suitable for temperatures from -45 to 50 °C.

Connections

  • 1/8” NPT threaded connection for secure and compatible installation
  • Hose connectors with a 6 mm outer diameter, compatible with hoses with 4.8 mm (15#) and 6.4 mm (24#) inner diameter
