GLASSCO petri dish in glass

The petri dish is a great tool in many laboratories and it is used for various purposes such as growing bacteria or other microorganisms. It can also be used to observe seed germination.
Petri dishes are incubated with lids to lessen the risk of contamination from airborne particles settling on them. This also prevents the possible accumulation of water condensation that may disturb or compromise a bacterial culture.
