Patented Filter Technology

With ZAP Aerosol filter tips, you get a quality standard that surpasses conventional filter tips. The patented high–molecular weight polyethylene filter creates a compact, sponge-like barrier, guiding air through pores of just 10 µm. This technology provides complete protection against sample transfer and captures even the smallest particles – down to radionucleotides – before they reach the pipette.

Durable Racks with Thoughtful Design

Supplied in Labcon’s signature teal or purple racks, these tips are made from robust polypropylene, withstand repeated autoclaving, and feature reinforced hinges built for intensive use. A specially engineered snap-lock ensures safe handling without the risk of tearing gloves.
