nUVaClean™ Pipette Cleaner and Pipette Stand
nUVaClean™ Pipette Cleaner not only keeps your pipettes organised and protected, but also cleans and disinfects them while they are stored. You get both a stand and a cleaner in one, saving you extra work. The stand removes more than 99% of unwanted contamination and keeps your pipettes ready for use in just 28 minutes. You don’t need to disassemble the pipettes, wipe them down, or wait for them to cool – they are clean and ready for your next project as soon as the cleaning cycle is complete.
Cleaning is done with a UV-C lamp, with no use of toxic decontamination liquids or expensive cleaning agents. This makes the pipette washer both time-saving and economical.
The pipette stand works as a rotating carousel with space for six single-channel pipettes. Rotation ensures easy access to all six positions, and the stand is simple to use: place the pipettes in the slots, press start, and the rest happens automatically. After 28 minutes, the cleaner shuts off by itself.
The built-in germicidal UV-C lamp emits 254 nm light and ensures 360° exposure of the pipette tips. This effective method destroys DNA, bacteria, viruses, mycoplasma, and fungi, preventing cross-contamination in sensitive procedures such as PCR.
