3D Shaker CAPPRondo

The CAPPRondo 3D Shaker is a reliable laboratory shaker featuring a three-dimensional motion that combines both rocking and tumbling actions, ensuring thorough and uniform homogenization of your samples.

Equipped with a brushless DC motor, the shaker provides quiet, vibration-free, and maintenance-free operation, making it ideal for continuous use. The variable speed can be adjusted between 10 and 120 rpm, while its robust construction allows a maximum load capacity of 5 kg. The platform operates at a maximum angle of 7°, providing smooth and efficient movement during mixing.

Functions and Operation

The shaker offers great flexibility in both operation and programming, allowing precise control for various applications.

You can:

• Store up to 9 user-defined protocols, ensuring consistent results in repetitive experiments.
• Use the pulse mode (Run–Pause–Run) with programmable intervals between 30 and 99 seconds.
• Set the run time from 1 to 999 minutes, or choose continuous operation when needed.

A clear LED display shows all selected settings, and the intuitive interface makes it easy to adjust parameters during operation.

Design and Stability

The shaker stands firmly in place thanks to anti-slip rubber feet, which minimize vibration and unwanted movement during use. The 350 × 350 mm platform is supplied with a rubber mat with nodules for secure sample placement. A non-slip adhesive mat is available separately (item no. DAC-CR3-08X-0001).

The unit complies with protection class IP21, ensuring resistance to moisture and splashes typically found in laboratory environments. The smooth surface design makes cleaning quick and simple after use.
