Industrial High Flow Rate Peristaltic Process pump for Bio-pharmaceutial and Industrial Applications
The BP01 peristaltic pump is a high flow rate industrial peristaltic pump from Longer and part of its dPOFLEX series. The pump is primarily designed for the biopharmaceutical sector, but it can be used in a wide range of industrial applications.
It has a 304 stainless steel housing and a high protection rating (IP66), which makes it suitable for operation in dusty and humid industrial environments.
The pump meets 21CFR Part 11 and GMP laboratory requirements and to achieve preventive maintenance, it is possible to integrate several types of sensors, as for example: a liquid leakage sensor, an open head sensor, a flow rate sensor and a pressure sensor.
It can deliver flow rates between 1.1 ml/min and 17.0 l/min and its dosing volume lies between 1.0 ml and 274.9 liters, depending on which pump head and tubing it is equipped with.
The BP01 peristaltic pump comes with a 4.3 LCD screen that shows the menu and operating parameters, which can then be adjusted via the membrane keyboard or by an external signal.
