The M6-3L is a powerful peristaltic flow rate pump with a stainless steel housing and a servo motor. It is suitable for industrial production, pilot scale tests, ultra filtration supporting and liquid transfer with large flow and high precision.
The screen provides easy operation and a display of the current state. The pump has 8 different external control ways possibilities and can be connected with pc, PLC and HMI. It has low vibration and a low noise level.
This pump cannot be calibrated.

Powerful Peristaltic Pump with High Precision

The M6-3L is a powerful peristaltic pump with stainless steel housing and servo motor. It is suitable for industrial production, pilot scale tests, ultra filtration supporting and liquid transfer with large flow and high precision. Speed range is 0.1 - 600 rpm and flow rate range is 0.211 - 3600 ml/min. The screen provides easy operation and display of the current state. The pump speed is controlled by the dial and displayed in the 3-digit LED display. 8 different external control ways with RS232/RS485 communication interface (Modbus protocal RTU mode) and it can be connected with pc, PLC and HMI. The pump has low vibration and a low noise level. The pump is conform to GMP requirements. The timing test function in the pump can be used for simple dispensing.

Pump Head Materials

PPS (Poyphenylene sulfide material) is black and can resist organic solvent corrosion. It is suitable for industrial use and bad working conditions. It has high rigidity and precision. The PPS material can resist temperatures of 200 ℃.
