Instructions for Using Clamps with the YZ1515X 6-Roller Pump Head
To ensure optimal performance and secure tube placement on the YZ1515X 6-roller pump head, please follow these instructions for proper clamp installation:
- Position the Clamp: After positioning the tubing on the pump head, gently open the clamp by hand. Place it approximately 1 cm from each side of the pump head on the tubing.
- Secure the Clamp: Using either your hands or needle-nose pliers, attach the clamp by aligning it with the specified number of teeth as indicated in the instructions for your tubing size.
- Adjust the Clamp Position: Slide the clamps closer to the pump head for a secure fit.
Refer to the table below for the recommended clamp model, quantity per tube (usage quantity = single-side usage quantity × 2), and clamping teeth number for each tube type.
