LabMate is a compact peristaltic pump which is easy to use and occupies little desk space. It has a 5" high definition touch screen and 2-4 individually controllable channels.

Features

• Independent channels: Each channel work independently. Volume, mode, tubing, speed, time etc. can be set separately.
• Working mode: Flow rate Mode, Volume/Time Mode, Volume/Rate Mode, Time/Flow Rate Mode.
• Channel off: Any channel can be disabled through the interface. The channel can then not be set and configured while being disabled.
• High-definition touch screen: 5" touch screen with 800*480 resulution.
• Calibration: Each-channel can be calibrated independently, and the calibration parameters are stored separately.
• On-line adjustment: Speed and flow rate can be adjusted during work.
• Prompt function: Real-time display of the maximum flow and speed available for different size of tubing. Dynamic display of the parameters for each channel.
• External control on/off: External level signals (5-24V) or contact signals to control start/stop of each channel. 
• Communication control: RS485/USB (optional). Touch to set address and baud rate.
• Output status: Each channel independently outputs status of start/stop and direction.
• Pump head cartridge material: POM (PVDF can be ordered)
• Number of rollers: 10 rollers.
