GM400-1A/BPH01 – Precise Peristaltic Pump for Laboratories

The GM400-1A is a compact and reliable peristaltic pump, equipped with the BPH01 pump head with 4 rollers. This ensures low pulsation and stable flow rates, making it ideal for applications such as cell culture, fermentation, chromatography, and precise reagent dosing.

The pump operates at speeds up to 400 rpm and delivers flow rates up to 340 ml/min. With a resolution as low as 0.01 rpm (<10 rpm), 0.1 rpm (10–100 rpm), and 1 rpm (>100 rpm), it provides high precision for both small and large volumes.

Operation is possible via keypad and footswitch, and the GM400-1A also supports external control through signal input and communication (RS485, Modbus RTU, and Longer OEM protocol). It supports both continuous operation and timer mode (0.1 s – 999 h) and includes functions such as runtime counter, keypad lock, parameter retention, and prime function. For increased safety, the pump always starts in Stop mode.

A clear LCD display shows all operating parameters, including speed, direction, time, status, and the selected operating/control mode.

With compact dimensions of 220 × 115 × 135 mm, a weight of 1.35 kg, and IP31 protection, the GM400-1A is easy to integrate into laboratory environments. It is designed to operate at 0–40 °C with relative humidity below 80 %.
