SPC Syringe Pump
The SPC syringe pump is programable with up to 8 pump units with syringes. It is mainly for laboratories (not for medical use).
The pumps are with infusion/withdrawal mode, and it is suitable for high precision transfer with microflow rates.
The series consists of a 7-inch touch screen controller with up to 8 pump units with syringes.
A split type design with separate pumps makes it possible for the controller to function with the pump units and to display their real time working states in an independent or logic working mode.
Different types and sizes of syringes and injectors can be used together with the pump.
Features
- Two working modes:
- Independent working mode, each unit working independently and can infuse or withdraw with different speed in same time or different time.
- Logic working mode, each unit working with time relationship, with different proportion infuse or withdraw. Users can choose each unit to be in independent or logic working mode.
- Intelligent calibration function to ensure infuse volume accuracy. The online micro adjusting function makes it convenient to adjust the volume of one unit to decrease volume error.
- Real time monitoring, with animated display of results.
- The controller can receive traffic alarms for each unit.
- Back distance setting can exclude bubbles inside the syringes and improve volume accuracy.
- Fast forward and backward function used for loading the syringes, washing and unlock traffic protection.
