The ATEX certified ExD-300-30L pump belongs to a new category of peristaltic pumps engineered to meet explosion-proof standards. The pump is specifically engineered for demanding industrial environments offering explosion-proof, dustproof and waterproof capabilities to ensure maximum protection in hazardous conditions.
Featuring ATEX certification and an IP66 rating, it guarantees exceptional safety and reliability. The front panel's explosion-proof, dustproof and waterproof buttons, along with a turning knob, allow for easy and precise control.
The ExD-300-30L has a speed range of 0.1 to 300 rpm and it is powered by an intelligent operating system which delivers precise fluid transfer and accurate dispensing.
The pump caters to a wide range of applications and together with the DZ45 pump head, it delivers a flow rate range of 0.0019 to 28.15 L/min.
Important: The pump is supplied without an explosion-proof cable. Customers must source this cable independently to ensure proper installation and compliance with safety standards.

The DZ45 pump head is engineered with a durable aluminum alloy shell, providing excellent strength and corrosion resistance. The roller assembly is constructed from 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and reliability in demanding applications. Designed with a four-roller configuration, the pump head minimizes pulsation for smoother fluid delivery. “Additionally, it incorporates a planetary gear system paired with a precisely driven roller mechanism, optimizing performance and ensuring consistent operation.
The DZ45 pump head has an aluminum alloy shell and 304 stainless steel roller assembly.
It has a four rollers design for low pulsation, and planetary gear roller and a driven rotor.
