- The pump heads DY15 and DY25 are specially designed for low pulsation of liquid products due to the special contruction of the 2x6 rollers and how they are located. This gives you high dispensing accuracy. The cassette and base can be separated easily so you can insert the tubing.
- The pump heads are primarily designed for use on the IF3 peristaltic pump.
- The pump heads have good chemical resistance and can withstand high temperatures. The pump heads DY15 and DY25 are with rollers in stainless steel AISI 304, and the pump head is in aluminum alloy.
- You cannot mount more pump heads on top of each other.
- In the manual you can see what distance there should be between the clamps that hold the tubing in place. The distance depends on which tubing size you use.
- IMPORTANT! If you choose to use a tubing size 13 # in DY15, you need to give us this information when ordering the pump head. Special parts are then required, which are not included as standard.
