The DF600 PlusIV is a peristaltic pumping system can be mounted on dosing and filling equipment to perform clean and accurate dosing. The DF600 PlusIV dispensing system is an integrated peristaltic pump system that consists of a control unit with a user friendly touch screen and 4 integrated filling units with the YZ35 pump head. Each pump can be calibrated independently and can be made active or inactive.
With this system you can have an accurate dosing up to 12 l/min/channel of liquids through 4 channels with an accuracy of + 0,5%, and you can extend the system so that it can control up to 8 similar units. That will give you a total of 32 channels/pump heads. All 8 units can be placed on top of each other. Each channel is dosing the same volume at the same time.
The DF600 PlusIV is a peristaltic pumping system that is ideal for dispensing foodstuffs, beverages, pharmaceuticals or cosmetics, as only the tube comes into contact with the liquid.

Functions and Features
- The filling system can store 60 commonly used filing modes.
- One controller can control 8 groups, each group with 4 units incl. pump heads YZ35 with a total of 32 filling units.
- Each channel can receive “missing bottle stop signal”, to make the channel stop if a bottle is missing. This requires buying sensores as accessories.
- Effective unit setting, where you can start or stop any filling channel while it is running.
- Possibility of back suction to prevent dripping.
- Calibration function helps with precise dosing.
