Digital Vortex mixer with variable speeds
This smart mixer or test tube shaker, the iSwix VT, is a compact unit with rotational speeds between 300 and 4200 rpm. It fits well in a laboratory where there is limited space on the laboratory table.
How to use a Digital Vortex Mixer?
It is very quick to use the mixer to shake one or more samples.
You simply press your centrifuge tube on top of the Digital Vortex Mixer iSwix VT and the device starts. It stops automatically when you remove the tube.
You can easily regulate the speed of the rotary knob, and with the Pulse function you can set short pauses between the vibrations - this can be useful for sensitive samples.
The feet on the mixer prevent the unit from moving during use.
