The AHN myLab® Magnetic Stirrer is a compact and user-friendly instrument designed for everyday mixing tasks in laboratories, schools, pharmacies, and similar environments. Operating without a motor, it runs quietly and delivers reliable performance. Its stainless steel surface is resistant to chemicals and moisture, making it both durable and easy to clean after use.
A built-in microprocessor precisely controls both speed and time, ensuring stable and consistent stirring. The intuitive control panel and bright LCD display clearly show the current speed and timer settings. A convenient memory function automatically stores the most recent parameters, allowing you to quickly resume previous work.
The stirring speed can be adjusted from 15 to 1,500 rpm in 50 rpm increments, while the timer can be set between 1 and 99 minutes or to continuous operation. The integrated pulse mode reverses the stirring direction every 30 seconds, ensuring thorough and uniform mixing of liquids up to 800 ml.
With its flat, space-saving design (156 × 110 × 13.2 mm) and light weight of only 400 grams, the unit fits easily on any benchtop. Since it contains no moving parts, the stirrer requires virtually no maintenance and offers a long operational life.
Each unit includes a durable PTFE-coated stirring bar (25 × 8 mm) that is easy to replace. For best performance, AHN recommends using the original 25 mm high-strength, Teflon-coated stirring bars. One magnet is supplied with each AHN myLab® Magnetic Stirrer, and additional bars are available separately.
