The dPOFLEX GP02 cased peristaltic pump from Longer is a high flow rate industrial pump primarily designed for use in biopharma and industrial productions.
It can deliver flow rates between 1.1 ml/min ~ 9.0 L/min and the dosing volume is from 1.0 ml to 274.9 liters, depending on which pump head and tubing it is equipped with.
The GP02 peristaltic pump is cased in a cast aluminium housings and has an IP66 rating, which makes it suitable for operation in dusty and humid industrial environments.
The pump supports fieldbus communication control, digital signal control, analog signal control and pump status output. Furthermore, it is equipped with a 3.5" LCD screen that shows the menu and operating parameters, which can be set via the keyboard or by an external signal.
The pump meet 21CFR Part 11 and GMP laboratory requirements. And it has a three-level user access management system, with electronic signatur and audit trial functions.
As a standard, the dPOFLEX GP02 peristaltic pump comes with tubing compressed detection however, in order to achieve further preventive maintenance, it is possible to integrate other types of sensors such as: actual flow rate measurement and fluid pressure measurement.
