Innovalloy 4000 is a chemically resistant peristaltic pump tubing designed for the safe transmission of chemical reagents. Engineered with superior corrosion resistance, it’s ideal for handling acids, alkalis, ketones, alcohols, and other corrosive liquids. This makes it a reliable choice for chemical transport in demanding environments.
The tubing’s low permanent compression deformation allows it to maintain its original shape, even after extended use under continuous pressure. This ensures consistent liquid transfer flow, critical in industrial and laboratory applications.
Featuring a dual-layer structure, the Innovalloy 4000 tubing has a specialized corrosion-resistant inner layer that offers exceptional protection against strong acids, alkalis, and most organic solvents. This makes the tubing suitable for high-temperature and low-temperature environments (ranging from -50°C to 80°C), ideal for transporting organic acid-base solutions.

Sterilization Guidelines for Innovalloy 4000
Innovalloy 4000 Tubing is designed for autoclave sterilization, ensuring safe and effective use in various applications. To maintain the integrity of the tubing, we recommend the following sterilization conditions:
- Optimal Autoclave Temperature: Sterilize at 120°C (248°F) for 20 to 30 minutes to achieve effective results. To maintain the tubing's reliability and performance, we recommend performing only a single sterilization cycle.
- Avoid Extended Treatment: Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures may lead to melting of the inner layer, compromising the tubing's performance.
- Preferred Sterilization Methods: While autoclave sterilization is an option, ethylene oxide (ETO) and Gamma radiation remain the preferred sterilization methods for Innovalloy 4000 tubing, providing enhanced safety and effectiveness.
