Robot tips without filters for Beckman systems are designed for automated pipetting applications requiring high precision. The tips are compatible with Beckman FX/NX, Biomek I5/I7, and Biomek 3000 instruments, and are particularly suitable for research, development, and biotechnological applications in fields such as genomics, proteomics, cytomics, immunoassays, metabolomics, and biopharmaceutical production.

The tips are made of low-retention polypropylene (PP) with an ultra-smooth inner surface, minimizing liquid retention and ensuring complete sample release. This feature enhances both pipetting accuracy and the reproducibility of experimental results.

To guarantee traceability and consistent conductivity, each tip is placed in an individual cavity with a fixed cavity number per box. This structure minimizes batch-to-batch variation and ensures uniform testing conditions.

All robotic tips undergo extensive quality control and validation for DNA, RNA, proteases, and pyrogens. Airtightness and fit between tip and adapter are tested with high-precision instruments, ensuring mechanical stability and consistent accuracy in automated pipetting processes.

Each batch is additionally spot-checked using advanced measuring instruments to ensure reliable and comparable results. The tips are supplied in impact-resistant blister packaging with thick walls, protecting against transport damage and maintaining sterility until use.
