Robot tips without filter for TECAN are sterile, precision-engineered tips of superior quality, designed for use with TECAN Freedom EVOlyzers and other fully automated sampling systems. The black tips are ideal for laboratories working within genomics, proteomics, cytomics, immunoassays, metabolomics, and biopharmaceutical applications, where high accuracy and throughput in pipetting are essential.

The tips are made from low-retention polypropylene (PP) with an ultra-smooth inner surface, ensuring optimal sample release — even the smallest droplets — for improved precision and minimal sample loss.

Each tip is stored in a separate cavity, and all tips in a box share the same cavity number. This design guarantees traceability, consistent conductivity, and enhanced experimental accuracy, while significantly reducing batch-to-batch variation.

All TECAN-compatible robot tips undergo strict quality control and testing for DNA, RNA, proteases, and pyrogens. Their highly accurate fit is ensured through advanced measurement equipment that verifies perfect airtightness between the tip and the adapter. This tight seal enhances both mechanical stability and overall pipetting precision.

To maintain uniform quality, a fixed number of tips from each batch are randomly inspected using specialized measuring instruments, ensuring reliable and reproducible test results. The outcome is a product line of robot tips that consistently deliver high performance in all laboratory procedures.

The packaging consists of durable, impact-resistant blister packs with thick walls, providing excellent protection for the tips during transport — even under demanding conditions.
