The KF300 Plus is a peristaltic pumping system with the possibility of using external control with RS485, Modbus protocol.

With the pump heads MiniPump01 or MiniPump02.

Each pump fills the same volume at the same time, but can be calibrated individually.

The seperate controller can handle up to 8 similar units which gives you a total 32 pumps.

Size of cabinet (BxHxD): 340 x 108 x 203 mm. The cabinet is made of AISI 304

Peristaltic filling system with MiniPump

The KF300 Plus dosing system is a peristaltic pump system consisting of a separate dosing controller with touch screen and pump units with MiniPump pump heads. The pumps can be controlled independently of each other (active/inactive/calibration). The system can be expanded so that the controller can control a total of 8 corresponding units with a total of 32 filling pumps. Each pump fills the same amount at the same time, but they can be calibrated individually.

The KF300 Plus is a peristaltic pump system that is ideal for dosing in a production line. The pump system can be mounted on dosing and filling equipment to perform clean and precise dosing in small quantities.

The system has user-friendly touch screen operation, and you achieve precise dosing with an accuracy + 0.5%.

Suitable tubings

Silicone tubing and PharMed are suitable in the KF300 Plus MiniPump01 and in the KF300 Plus MiniPump02.

If using a size 16# PharMed tubing you should not exceed 200 rpm.

If using PharMed tubing size 25# do not exceed 150 rpm.

Functions and Features

The filling system can store 60 commonly used filing modes.
One unit have 4 pumps/channels with pump heads and you can connect up to 32 pumps to one controller (8 filling units).
Each pump/channel can be controlled independently (start/stop/calibration).
Each channel can receive “missing bottle stop signal”, to make the channel stop if a bottle is missing. This requires buying sensores as accessories.
Possible to set back suction angle to prevent dripping.
Each pump head can be calibrated individually.

Pump head information

The MiniPump01 pump head has 1 channel, and 5 different sizes of PharMed tube sets with holders are included. You can also use silicone tubings in MiniPump01.
The MiniPump02 pump head has 2 channels, and 4 different sizes of PharMed tube sets with holders are included. You can also use silicone tubings in MiniPump02.
