Peristaltic filling system for non-contaminated and accurate filling

The DF600 PlusIII dispensing system is an integrated peristaltic pump system that consists of a control unit with a user friendly touch screen and 4 integrated filling units with pump heads DZ25-6L that can start/stop and be calibrated independently. The system can be expanded so that it can control a total of 8 similar units with a total of 32 channels. Each channel fills the same volume at the same time.
You achieve precise dosing through 4 channels with an accuracy of <+ 0,5%.

The DF600 PlusIII peristaltic pumping system is ideal for dispensing foodstuffs, beverages, pharmaceuticals or cosmetics, as only the tube comes into contact with the liquid. The pump system can be mounted on dosing and filling equipment to perform clean and accurate dosing.
