CAPPRondo microcentrifuge

The CAPPRondo stands out from traditional basic models with its very low noise level, even at full speed, and its space-saving design that makes it easy to place on any workbench. The centrifuge remains stable thanks to its suction cup feet, which reduce vibrations – even during longer runs at maximum speed.

The series is available in two models:

• CR-68 – the simple model with a fixed speed of 6,000 rpm
• CR-68X – the advanced model with adjustable speed, digital display, timer function, and calibration

Both versions fit 1.5 and 2.0 ml microcentrifuge tubes, and can also be used with smaller tube sizes using the included adapters. Operation is extremely straightforward – the centrifuge starts and stops automatically when the lid is closed or opened.

The CR-68X model offers additional comfort and control with a clear digital display, time control, and an imbalance sensor that alerts the user if samples are unevenly distributed. Both models come with a closed 8-slot rotor for microtubes and a PCR strip rotor for 2 × 8 PCR tubes, allowing you to easily switch between different sample types.

For enhanced safety, CAPPRondo is equipped with an electronic safety brake system that ensures the lid remains locked until the rotor has come to a complete stop.
