Low Flow Rate Peristaltic Pump with Touch Screen Control
The LabV1 is an intelligent peristaltic flow rate pump with 3 operating modes, ABS plastic housing and streamlined body design. It has an industrial grade 4.3 inch true color LCD display and touch screen control.
Speed range is 0.1-150 rpm and flow rate range is 0.000166-570 ml/min/channel.
The touch screen provides easy operation and dynamic display of the current state. You get the complete overview of your dispensing task, e.g. dispensing data, setting parameters and system configuration on the same screen.
Choose between different operating modes
- Flow rate mode: Continous ml/min or rpm
- Fixed volume metering: By activating this function, the peristaltic pump will measure the liquid volume automatically and it will stop automatically after the volume reaches the set value. During this process, the flow rate can be changed. It is suitable for dispensing liquids in laboratories and chemical reaction processes.
- Fixed time and volume: By activating this function, the peristaltic pump will transfer a preset volume within a preset time. It is suitable for liquid dispensing in laboratories and industrial production.
- Timed start and stop: Set the pumps start and stop times freely to achieve automated control.
This meets different transferring and dispensing requirements. It is the ideal choice for laboratories and industrial production.

- On-line micro adjusting function, it can adjust the flow rate during production progress to avoid filling errors caused by tubing fatigue and decrease in elasticity.
- Fast filling function that can wash and also fill fluid into the tubing.
- Power down memory function that stores the running parameters in time - safe and reliable.
- Automatic temperature control system that reduces the noise of the fan effectively.
- Strong anti-jamming feature with wide voltage design, that is suitable for complex power supply environments.

- PSF (Polysulphone material) is white, has good rigidity and high precision. It is usually used in research laboratories and supporting analytical devices. The PSF material can resist temperatures from -100 ℃ to 150 ℃ and can resist corrosion from most inorganic acid, base and salt.
